Edu cational Q ualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with

Age: Below 53 years
Experience: Candidates presently working in a Bank in Scale VI and above or equivalent grade, with proven track record, excellent Managerial / Administrative / Professional Skills, with minimum 3 years experience in the Grade.
DY.GENERAL MANAGER: (NO. OF POSITIONS-7)
Finance Accounts / Treasury/Credit/Information & Technology/ Investment / Law /Planning &
Development/Human Resources/ Vigilance / Sales & Marketing
Educational Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MBA / CFA / ICWA / CA /CS / CAIIB, will be given preference.

Experience: Candidates presently working in Banking Sector in Scale III or equivalent grade with at least 3 years at Branch level / Regional level / Zonal level and Corporate Office level in Public Sector Banks or in corresponding grades in other Banks. They should have good knowledge of banking operations and should have acquainted with latest trends in banking and should be aware of complying with the statutory and other regulatory requirements. Should have achieved assigned targets from time to time by the Management and should have met the deadlines in completing the various tasks.
MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER:(NO. OF POSITIONS-41)

Edu cational Qualifications: Graduate in any subject. Additional Q ualification s u c h a s CAIIB etc. will be an added advantage.
Age: Below 40 years
Experience: Candidates presently working in Banking Sector, with excellent track record of management of the Branch successfully i.e., entire operations of the branch on his own. He should be well versed with the latest trends/technology in banking, qualities of business development rendering excellent customer service and should have worked as a Manager (Scale III / II) or equivalent grade for at least 3 years at Branch in a commercial / Urban Co- operative Bank
CH ART E RE D ACCO UNT A NT: (NO. OF POSITIONS-05)
Educational Qualifications: The Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant and any additional qualifications will be an added advantage. Candidates with pass in CA Inter are also eligible to apply
Age: Below 45 years
Experience: The Candidate should have minimum 3 years experience, preferably in Banking/ Financial Sector with relevant exposure in Taxation, Finalization of Accounts, Investments/Treasury. Appraisal of various types of Credit proposals. Conducting/Supervising of Regular Audit / EDP Audit / Internal Control / Risk Mitigation measures. He/She should be familiar with all guidelines of various Regulatory Authorities/Central & State Acts.
COMPANY SECRETARY: ( NO. OF POSITIONS -01)
Educational Qualifications; The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary. Additional qualifications such as LLB /BL will be given preference.
AGE: Below 45 years
Experience : The candidate should have 3 years experience as Company Secretary in Corporate Governance and compliance of all rules, regulations applicable to Urban Co-operative Bank, Conducting Board Meetings / Various Committees of Board / Annual General Meeting, preparation of minutes and to file various forms and annual returns with respective authorities such as RBI, Registrar of Multi-state Co-operatives, State and Central Government authorities, in consultation with respective functional heads and to comply with all statutory requirements & filing of Returns such as TDS, GST, PF, Income Tax etc.
CHIEF RISK OFFICER : (NO. OF POSITIONS-01) (Grade - Dy General Manager )
Educational Qualifications; The Candidate should be a Graduate with Professional Certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professional or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.
Candidates with CA / CFA/CMA will be given preference.
AGE; Below 45 years
Experience: The candidate should have 5 years experience in Corporate Credit and Risk Management at the level of Asst. General Manager or above in one or more Banks, or having similar role and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity. He should have good experience in assessing various Risks in Banking industry
Compensation for above positions will be commensurate with Age, Qualification, Experience and
Proficiency in the job assigned. Age relaxation in deserving cases.
