Applications on prescribed format are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following posts by direct recruitment basis as specified below so as to reach by 21.11.2022. (Those who have applied in response to the Advt. No. 06/2022 , 07/2022, 08/2022 , 15/2022 and 24/2022 need not submit formal application. But they may submit their BIO-DATA with relevant documents if any to update their profile without prescribed fee).
Essential Qualification for SI. 1& 2 : (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II or the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post-graduate degree in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section -A of Schedule-VI or equivalent recognized DNB qualification awarded by National Board of Examination.
Essential Experience for Sl. 1&2: At least five years teaching experience as Senior Resident! Demonstrator/Registrar/ Lecturer in the concerned Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree out of which at least two years shall be as Assistant Professor.
Essential Qualification for Sl. No. 3&4 : (i) I or II class (55%) Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing/Social Work (ii) M.Phil in in Psychiatric Social Work or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. (iii)Ph.D In Psychiatric Social Work! Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized Instituti on/ Un iversity.
Essential Experience for Sl. No. 3&4: (i) At least 5 years teaching & research experience in concerned specialty lout of which 2 years as Assistant Professor in a recognized Institute.
Essential Qualification For SI. Essential Experience for Sl. No.5& 6: (Super Speciality and other than Superspecialty):
At least three years teaching experience as Senior Resident! Demonstrator/Registrar/ Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.
Essential Qualification for SI.No. 7&8: (i) I or II class (55%) Master's Degree in Social Work
/Psychology (i i) M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work/Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution. (iii)Ph. 0 in Psychiatric Social Work/Clinical Psychology from a recognized Institution/ University.
Essential Experience for SI.No.7& 8 : 3 years teaching /clinical /research experience in the concerned subject after Ph.D degree.
Essential Qualification for SI. No.9: ( i) I or II class (55%) Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing
(ii) Ph. D in Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized Institution! University.
Essential Experience for Sl. No.9: 3 years teaching /clinical /research experience in the concerned subject after Ph.D degree.
Notel:- Doctorate of Medicine (OM) or Magister Chirurgiae (M. Ch.) qualification of three years' duration shall be counted towards requirement of teaching experience. .
Note 2 :- Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgaie (M.eh.) qualification of five years' duration. shall be taken as three years for completion of post graduate degree and the last two years of the said Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.) or Magister Chirurgaie (M.Ch.) shall be counted towards requirement of teaching experience.
Note 3: Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to teaching posts.
Abbreviation used: Unreserved (UR), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Schedule Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Person with Benchmark Disability (PW13D). Terms and conditions for all reserved categories including PWBD will be as per GOI norms.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
I. Candidates who do not fulfill requirements as per advertisement need not apply.
2. A Ilowances wi II be as per Central Government rates as adopted by this Institute from time to time.
3. All Medical Qualifications should be recognized under MCIINMC.
4. Candidates working in State/Central Govt.IPSU/Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel or submit "No objection certificate" from the employer.
5.Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable in case of SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates as per the Central Government norms.
6.Reservation will be as per Government of India Policy.
7.Candidates applying under any reserved category post, viz.SC/ST/OBC/ / EWS will be considered subject to caste/PwBD certificate issued by the appropriate/ Competent Authority on the prescribed format. Community should be clearly and legally mentioned in the certificate.
8. Applicants applying for the posts reserved for OBC must obtain certificate of OBC (non creamy layer) in the prescribed form issued by Competent Authority. The certificate should be of the current financial year, in accordance with instructions issued by the Government of India in this respect from time to time. Applicants should ascertain that they belong to the reserved categories (caste) enlisted in the central List for the Other Backward Classes. OBC candidate(s) should not belongs to Creamy Layer and their sub-caste should match with the entries in Central List of OBC, failing which their candidates will not be considered under any of the applied reserved category post(s).
9. Appointments in case of direct recruitment will be on probation for 2 (two)
years.
10. Incomplete application or applications received after the last date frr whatsoever reason including postal delay will not be considered.
11.The appl ication in prescribed format is to be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs. 100 / (exempted for categories as per Govt. ofIndia rules) to be drawn in favour of the Director, LGBRIMH, Tezpur, payable at Tezpur and self-attested copies of all certificates/one PP size photograph so as to reach to the Deputy Director, LGBRIMH, Tezpur-784001 latest by 21.11.2022 within working hours. The envelope containing the application should be super-scribed with "Application for the post of "

13. Any Corrigendum/addendum/modification, etc. in the notification will be made available on the Institute's website (only). No further press advertisement/notification will be published in th is regard.
14. The appointing authority however reserves the right to fill or not to fill the vacancy at his discretion.
15. The crucial date for reckoning the age limit and fulfillment of other requirement shall be the last date for receipt of application. .
16. Mere fulfillment of minimum requirement does not entail a candidate to be called for interview or entitled for appointment to the post applied for.
17. The decision of LGBRIMH in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, penalty for false information, mode of selection, methodologies for the selection, selection and allotment of posts to selected candidates will be final and binding on candidates and no enquiry/correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
18. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
19. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the Appointing Authority.
20. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
21. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding interview, verification of documents and selection would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation/correspondence

22. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Court of Law at Tezpur.
